Job Purpose
- The job holder segments, locating customer value through building outstanding and transparent solutions to optimize value for customers and Techcombank
Key Accountabilities (1)
Perform tasks according to functions and duties:
- Build knowledge of Customer Segment, identifying business opportunities with Customer Segment
- Build business model according to Customer Segment
- Build CVP for Customer Segment to choose
- Develop design requirements of products to meet the CVP of Customer Segment
- Measure sales effectiveness of Customer Segment
- Implement the unit's BCP plan according to TCB's regulations.
- Comply with the regulations, policies, procedures, instructions of TCB and the law for the officers in the unit in charge.
Key Accountabilities (2)
Participate in the implementation of the Division's and TCB's strategy as assigned by the Line Manager
Implement BCP plan of unit by the Line Manager
Key Accountabilities (3)
- Participate in capacity development training courses; Build your own development roadmap
