We are developing next-generation high-performance hardware for Robotics, AI-Edge Computing, and Embedded Systems. We're looking for a world-class PCB Design Engineer who can design complex, multi-layer, high-speed boards that meet strict performance, reliability, and manufacturing standards.
Responsibilities
+ Design advanced multi-layer PCB for high-performance and high-speed systems (AI-Edge, Robotics, Embedded Computing).
+ Develop and review schematic diagrams, PCB layout, stack-up, routing strategy, and design rules.
+ Implement high-speed routing: DDR4/5, PCIe, Ethernet, USB3.x, MIPI/GMSL2, EtherCAT, and other differential interfaces.
+ Ensure SI/PI integrity, including impedance control, length matching, reference plane management, termination, and noise reduction.
+ Design for EMI/EMC compliance, thermal optimization, and power integrity.
+ Work with AI-edge compute modules, SoC/SoM, microcontrollers, sensors, motor-control, and high-current power stages.
+ Deliver full documentation: schematic, PCB source files, Gerber, BOM, fabrication notes, DFM/DFX guidelines.
+ Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and mechanical teams to ensure complete system integration.
+ Support bring-up, debugging, and iteration until the board reaches production-ready quality.
Requirements
Technical Skills
+ More 5+ years of experience in high-speed, complex PCB design (4 to 16+ layers).
+ Strong proficiency with Altium
Designer, or equivalent enterprise-grade EDA tools.
+ Expertise in routing high-speed digital interfaces: DDR, PCIe, USB3, Ethernet, MIPI DSI/CSI, HDMI, SPI/I2C/UART, CAN, EtherCAT and motor-control circuits.
+ Strong understanding of:
- Controlled impedance routing
- Differential pair tuning & timing matching
- SI/PI simulation tools
- EMI/EMC mitigation
- Power distribution networks
+ Experience designing boards for AI-edge (SoM/SoC, AMD FPGA, NVIDIA Jetson, Hailo AI, NXP i.MX, etc.) is a strong plus.
+ Familiarity with robotics systems, motor drivers, power electronics, and Sensor Fusion is a bonus.

+ Excellent communication and documentation skills.
+ Ability to work independently, follow strict engineering processes, and deliver on deadline.
Nice to Have
- Experience with rigid-flex PCB design.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, PCBA, DFM/DFX best practices.
- Experience with thermal simulations, SI/PI simulation tools.
- Prior work on robotics, drones, AMR, or AIoT hardware platforms.
