Mô tả công việc
- Calculate and design engineering solutions aligned with project requirements, encompassing both local and international projects.
- Allocate tasks to team members and oversee project progress under the guidance of the Leaders if applicable.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site surveys to assess existing conditions and prepare detailed reports.
- Adhere to company design processes and regulatory standards.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers, if applicable.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Minimize client complaints through effective problem-solving and communication.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Fire Engineering, or a related field.
- MEP Design Software and BIM Platforms such as REVIT.
- A valid engineering license is preferred, if applicable.
- Design experience in office, hotel, commercial, residential, data center, large building, or infrastructure MEP projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Effective negotiation and communication skills.
