SENIOR EXPORT OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE (LOGISTICS/FORWARDING)

Job Description
• Independently handle Export ( Sea/ Air ) shipments including pricing, booking arrangement, documentation, coordination with carriers/agents/customers, and shipment monitoring in compliance with company SOPs and external regulations.
• Closely work with Airlines/Shipping lines/Co-loaders for good price.
• Receive booking requests and shipment information from customers, overseas agents, and sales team; arrange bookings with carriers/airlines/co-loaders/oversea agents and process the shipping with related parties.
• Prepare, check, and issue all required shipping documents (SI, B/L, AMS/ACI/ISF filing, etc.) to complete the export process.
• Closely follow shipment and transportation progress, coordinate with related parties to ensure smooth handling, resolve operational issues promptly, and provide timely updates.
• Issue Debit Notes to customers/agents and arrange payments to carriers, airlines, and service providers promptly.
• Have good knowledge of service offerings to provide the best support to customers.
• Maintain accurate shipment data in the system.
• Handle operational problems, customer escalations, and report irregularities promptly to the Manager.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager.
