Our client - a Top Foreign Real Estate focusing on Industrial projects is looking for a young and energetic Senior Facility Management Executive, strong in Engineering (Mechanical and Electrical) as well as fluent in English.
Based in Hai Duong, Viet Nam
Main responsibilities:
• Plan and carry out regular, preventive maintenance on warehouse facilities
• Handle outsource vendors/ suppliers of the warehouses (Landscape, Cleaning, Security, Maintenance & Repair etc)
• Execute basic repair and troubleshooting and coordinate with external service providers/ contractors from initiation to completion
• Conduct regular inspections of warehouse facilities for potential safety hazards and unsafe conditions and initiate corrective measures to maintain a secure, safe and healthy work environment
• Manage asset of warehouses by ensuring that all assets are in excellent operational conditions (substation, pump station, firefighting equipment, lightning system)
• Handle security/ traffic control of warehouse surroundings
• Involve and manage inspections from authorities (Fire dept, HEZA, Economic Police etc)
• Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Finance & Marketing) to resolve customer issues related to warehouse (equipment failure, leaking, power trip etc)
• Facilitate handover/ takeover of warehouse upon new customer moving in/out of our facility

Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, Facilities/ Building Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant working experiences. Experiences with on site work, repair & maintenance is an added advantage.
• Possess strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English
