Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Fashion Designer with a refined aesthetic, strong technical skills, and commercial sensitivity to lead the design of seasonal collections. As a core member of the design team, you will transform brand vision into original, well-crafted, and production-ready designs that resonate with our target audience. This role combines hands-on design with ownership of end-to-end product development, offering the opportunity to contribute creatively and strategically to the brand's growth.
Key Responsibilities: - Design Development
- Research and develop seasonal themes, color palettes, fabrics, and silhouettes in line with brand identity.
- Design and sketch cohesive product lines across categories (e.g., RTW, capsules, or seasonal edits).
- Create detailed technical drawings and accurate tech packs for sampling and production.
- Product Ownership
- Lead the design process from concept through final sample, including fittings, revisions, and approvals.
- Collaborate closely with the Production and PD teams to ensure quality, fit, and feasibility.
- Trend & Market Insight
- Stay current with global fashion trends, customer preferences, and market dynamics. (especially Singapore market and customer behaviours)
- Apply insights to design work while maintaining a strong point of view and brand coherence.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Production, Marketing, and Visual teams to ensure designs align with product strategy, pricing, and campaign direction.
- Provide design input for content creation, lookbooks, and visual storytelling.
- Mentorship & Support
- Support and guide junior designers as needed.
- Contribute to refining design processes and elevating internal standards.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fashion Design or related discipline
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in fashion design, preferably in womenswear or lifestyle brands
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel; CLO3D or CAD knowledge is a plus
- Proficiency in English or Chinese (Mandarin), both written and verbal, is required for effective cross-functional communication and coordination with suppliers, production teams, or overseas partners
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric behavior, and technical development
- Able to manage multiple collections and deadlines with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Experience with Vietnamese or regional manufacturers a bonus
