1. Design Development:
Research and develop seasonal themes, color palettes, fabrics, and silhouettes in line with brand identity.
Design and sketch cohesive product lines across categories (e.g., RTW, capsules, or seasonal edits).
Create detailed technical drawings and accurate tech packs for sampling and production.

Product Ownership:
Lead the design process from concept through final sample, including fittings, revisions, and approvals.
Collaborate closely with the Production and PD teams to ensure quality, fit, and feasibility.
3. Trend & Market Insight:
Stay current with global fashion trends, customer preferences, and market dynamics. (especially Singapore market and customer behaviours)
Apply insights to design work while maintaining a strong point of view and brand coherence.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Production, Marketing, and Visual teams to ensure designs align with product strategy, pricing, and campaign direction.
Provide design input for content creation, lookbooks, and visual storytelling.
5. Mentorship & Support:
Support and guide junior designers as needed.
