We are seeking a Senior Fashion Designer with a refined aesthetic, strong technical skills, and commercial sensitivity to lead the design of seasonal collections. As a core member of the design team, you will transform brand vision into original, well-crafted, and production-ready designs that resonate with our target audience. This role combines hands-on design with ownership of end-to-end product development, offering the opportunity to contribute creatively and strategically to the brand's growth.
Key Responsibilities:Design Development
Research and develop seasonal themes, color palettes, fabrics, and silhouettes in line with brand identity.
Design and sketch cohesive product lines across categories (e.g., RTW, capsules, or seasonal edits).
Produce clear and accurate fashion sketches and technical drawings suitable for sampling and production.
Create detailed and precise measurement charts, technical specifications, and complete tech packs.
Product Ownership
Lead the design process from concept through final sample, including fittings, revisions, and approvals.
Work directly with factories and production partners to ensure design intent, quality, fit, and feasibility are met.
Collaborate closely with the Production and Product Development (PD) teams to resolve technical and manufacturing issues efficiently.
Trend & Market Insight
Stay current with global fashion trends, customer preferences, and market dynamics, with a strong focus on the Singapore market and consumer behavior.
Translate market insights into commercially viable designs while maintaining a clear brand point of view and consistency.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Production, Marketing, and Visual teams to ensure designs align with product strategy, pricing, and campaign direction.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners in both English and Vietnamese.
Provide design input for content creation, lookbooks, and visual storytelling.
Mentorship & Support
Support and guide junior designers when needed.
Contribute to refining design workflows, improving technical accuracy, and elevating internal design and production standards.
Other tasks assigned by the management.
Strong technical skills, including fashion sketching, technical drawings, measurement charts, and production-ready tech packs; Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel; CLO3D or CAD knowledge is a plus.
Proven experience working with garment factories or manufacturers; experience with Vietnamese/Chinese/India factories is a plus.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fashion Design or related discipline, overseas graduates are preferred.
2-3 years of hands-on experience in fashion design, preferably in womenswear or lifestyle brands.
Proficiency in English or Chinese (Mandarin), both written and verbal, is required for effective cross-functional communication and coordination with suppliers, production teams, or overseas partners.
