KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Financial Management and Cost Control
- Develop, implement, and monitor financial control systems to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
- Analyze and optimize operational costs, proposing measures to improve financial efficiency.
- Ensure internal control over cash flow, expenses, and profits.
- Monitor cash flow, ensure liquidity, and optimize capital resources.
2. Financial Planning and Analysis
- Develop annual budgets, short-term and long-term financial plans.
- Monitor, evaluate, and analyze budget performance, providing appropriate recommendations.
- Assess and forecast financial indicators to support strategic decision-making by management.
- Support financial evaluation of investment projects and business expansion.
3. Compliance and Financial Risk Assessment
- Ensure full compliance with financial, accounting, tax, and legal regulations.
- Manage financial risks, assess influencing factors, and propose control solutions.
- Develop financial and accounting policies aligned with the company's business strategy.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related fields.
- CFA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in medium and large-scale companies.
- Deep understanding of financial, accounting, and tax regulations.
- Strong skills in financial analysis, planning, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in Excel, accounting software, ERP, and financial tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, and high resilience under pressure.
