ABOUT THIS POSITION
We are seeking a skillful and well-trained person who oversee the organization or business' financial performance, to ensure that expenses are consumed efficiently to generate revenue for business. They help to maintain performance, create reports and proposals while working to analyze data and recommend funding for various programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Planning & Business Performance Analysis
• Coordinating with related parties to prepare annual target and budget for the organization
• Target monitoring to ensure the achievement of financial objectives
• Set up and monitor KPI, Bonus scheme of Marketing, Sales and Operations, etc
• Review Management reports of Management accounting team and preparing Performance reports, doing variance, profitabilities, benchmarking with justification and sending to the concerned parties to have an improvement plan for the organization.
• Perform modelling, sensitivity, simulation analysis to recommend related parties in optimizing financial result, including new projects and current business units.
• Review and advice on initiatives of other departments, especially Marketing, Sales and Operations
• Financial risk management by quantitative items which may higher the risk and find solution to hedge it.
• Control & decision support of respective PL, BS, CF lines, business KPIs.
• Continuously develop financial models
Building SOP and Continuously Streamline Processes
• Build up and maintain all financial processes, especially Target setting, Team internal processes; periodically review to update if there are any amendments
• Ensure the collaboration between Finance and other departments or business units runs with conformity
• Proactively set up or participate in related meetings to build new processes, streamline existing process to optimize the work flow
Team Management
• Manage, motivate, supervise finance and management accounting team, and foster cross functional communication and cooperation
• Responsible and report on team performance, problems and obstacles with recommendation for improvement including bringing up important issues to propose to line manager
• Provides advice on all matters to line manager on financial management matter
• Manage and deliver any special projects / tasks as assigned by line manager

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Audit or Accounting
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in the field of Finance and 2 years in managing finance or accounting team with more than 5 members
• Excellent in Microsoft Excel, Presentation, Interpersonal skill and English is a must
• Qualifications in CMA, ACCA is a plus
• Commitment to meet deadlines and achieve results in difficult circumstances
• Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions including strong communication
• Business mindset with business goal orientation
• Self-equip technical knowledge and skills to improve quality reports and procedures
• Work independently and manager reviews complex work only
• Understanding of Group structures and intercompany transactions
• Structured and systematic
• Open minded, committed, dedicated and flexible
