Senior Financial Analyst

POSITION OVERVIEW - The department is part of Advisory Services Line. It provides real estate valuation and feasibility study services to clients.
1. Valuation/Advisory: Perform valuation analysis on a wide range of industries using accepted and relevant approaches and theory
· Performing in-depth market research for all inputs such as land price, selling price of real estate products, construction cost etc...
· Working with financial models for discounted cash flow, direct comparison on market transactions...
· Preparing and presenting the results of the analysis in a clear and concise manner (reports or presentation)
2. Coaching:
· Coaching, and mentoring for junior members
· Review all work by junior staff before sending to manager or head of valuation
3. Data Management:
· Undertake property sales analysis to establish the basis for performance indicators
· Ensure regular update of the database
4. Client Service:
· Develops relationships with equivalent level individuals in client firms.
· Builds ability at all levels to engage/serve clients and grow relationships. Is accessible and responsive to client needs. Delivers the highest quality of service and technical excellence.
· Contribute directly to the development of proposals, presentations and publications communicated to current and prospective clients
