At Scaleflex, we are striving to make the Web faster by allowing our customers to store, optimize and deliver their digital assets rocket fast over the World. We are looking to strengthen our international Team with a Senior Frontend Developer - ReactJS.

With a Team of 90 spread across France, UK, Germany, Bulgaria, Egypt and Vietnam and thanks to strong automation in our operations, we are able to serve thousands of happy customers worldwide with our current SaaS offering. Self-funded until now, we have decided to accelerate our growth in 2023.
The position is located in HCM, Vietnam.

Context

As a Frontend Developer in Scaleflex team you will be responsible for building rich client side components. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced technical leads and will cooperate closely with senior developers and designers.

Specific responsibilities include

• Working on frontend side with ReactJS and its ecosystem
• Maintain and develop a world-scale platform
• Improve product performance
• Testing and writing documentation
• Contribute ideas to improve UI/UX
• Contribute to development process, deploymen

Work on standard working hours (e.g. Mon.- Fri. 9am to 6pm)

Your Skills and Experience

Requirements

• Highly experienced ( 5 years of experience) in Frontend with ReactJS and its ecosystem (Zustand, React query, Router, ...)
• experience with responsive designs
• Good at problem solving
• Experience with production environment
• able to follow git workflows and handle merge conflicts
• able to read and improve other people's code and tech documentation
• Quick learner with a desire to learn new development languages and tools
• Strong autonomy, self-discipline and smart organization
• The ideal candidate must be "hungry but humble" and work with passion towards achieving common and personal goals
• Years of experience: we do not believe in years of experience, we believe passion and grit outdo years of experience
• Degree: we do not require any degree, as long as you're determined to learn and level up your skills, and have a "get work done" attitude (most of our excellent-skilled developers have grown with us with little experience and no bachelor degree in Computer Science)
• Good English communication (verbal and written). If not yet fluent, the ideal candidate should have a strong desire to learn and improve English skills

Nice to have

• Experienced in Laravel PHP,
• Experienced in D3.JS or graphs plugins
• Understands Cloud platforms
• Interest for data science
• Additional DevOps-like skills in order to handle test servers or develop APIs autonomously (ideally Python, SQL)
• Outstanding interpersonal skills

Process
