Senior Front End Engineer ReactJS, Angular

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Front End Engineer with expertise in both React and Angular to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user- friendly interfaces for web applications. The role includes mentoring junior developers and making key decisions to enhance the user experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Designing and developing user interfaces using React and Angular frameworks.
- Collaborating with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Conducting usability testing and gathering feedback to iteratively improve user experiences.
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate design concepts.
- Ensuring consistency and adherence to design guidelines throughout the development process.
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design and front- end development.
- Working on new features, BAU, and updating the UI to ensure the product remains at its best.
- Identifying, investigating, verifying, and rectifying software bugs.
- Assisting with scoping, planning, and development of new or modified features based on Jira stories.
- Participating in all aspects of the software development lifecycle for allocated development projects.

Tech Stack:
- Front-end: React, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- Tools: Figma, Git, TeamCity Pipelines, Cypress (nice to have)
- Development Methodologies: Agile

Skills and Experience:
- 7 + years' experience in Front End Development with React.
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Developer with a focus on Angular.
- Strong Agile experience and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Angular framework.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing methodologies.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience in financial services or similar industries is a plus.
