Senior Fullstack Engineer NodeJS, ReactJS, JavaScript

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic development team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in both front-end and back-end technologies, who also have experience leading teams and mentoring junior developers. The ideal candidate will be proficient in [protected info], React, JavaScript (ES6), HTML/CSS, RESTful APIs, Docker, databases (SQL and NoSQL), and cloud computing services such as AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and lead a team of developers, providing guidance and support
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Follow Agile methodology and Scrum framework for project management
• Create and manage user-facing elements with React
• Design and implement robust APIs and ensure their smooth operation
• Write and execute unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, including the use of AI tools to enhance development productivity

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience with full-stack web development
• Proficiency in [protected info], React, TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6)
• Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs
• Proficiency with NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) and SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) databases
• Experience with Docker and containerization
• Proficiency in unit testing frameworks (e.g., Mocha, Jest)
• Familiarity with UI libraries such as Material UI, Bootstrap, Ant Design, or similar frameworks
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience leading teams and mentoring junior developers
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and and the ability to work collaboratively in an international environment
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology and Scrum framework
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• A quality-centric mindset. Is open-minded and willing to learn from feedback.
• Previous experience in a senior developer role

Nice to have:

• Understanding of responsive design principles
• System design or basic architecting skills
• Knowledge of software design patterns
• Experience with test-driven development
• Proficiency in Amazon Web Services
