Education:
Formal Education:

1. Knowledge of Fabrics and Materials: Understanding different types of fabrics and their properties is crucial for making fitting adjustments.
2. Pattern Making and Alteration: Skills in creating and modifying patterns to ensure proper fit.
3. Sewing and Garment Construction: Proficiency in sewing techniques and garment construction methods.
4. Attention to Detail: Precision in measurements and adjustments to ensure the best fit.
5. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze fitting issues and determine the best solutions.
6. Communication Skills: Effective communication with designers, tailors, and clients to understand and meet their fitting requirements.
7. Computer Skills: Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) software and other digital tools used in garment fitting and design.
Experience:
1. Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in garment fitting, tailoring, or garment technology.
2. Industry Knowledge: Experience working with different types of fabrics, garments, and fitting techniques. Familiarity with both mass production and bespoke tailoring processes.
