As a Senior Graphic Designer on the team, you'll have an exciting opportunity to shape the future of Mùa. In this role, you'll have the ability to showcase the aspirations of Mùa and enhance the design experience for our customers while making a positive impact on the community. Your work directly contributes to the developing the brand strategy while delivering designs that share our stories and values.
Actively contribute to the brand and design strategy of the company
Develop the art direction based on quarterly and yearly campaigns
Work closely with the marketing team to develop ideas and stories behind the designs
Overseeing all design elements, from the conception to final delivery
Using their strong eye for aesthetics and visual details to ensure a quality final product
Maintaining high standards of quality and making sure only the best work is released to the employer or client
Collaborating across the organization to drive up standards of digital creativity
Designs include but are not limited to; social, packaging, website corporate stationary, branding etc.
Develop brand and social guidelines
Packaging designs must include mood boards, design story and guidelines of usage
Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
Assisting in video and photo shoots to ensure consistency in the art direction
