Senior Growth Marketing (B2B)

- Help drive new merchant growth through inbound & outbound channels
- Be responsible for leading the planning, implementation, optimization, and reporting of marketing initiatives to help drive traffic and maximize ROI across Marketing channels for the company and other cross-functional teams.
1. B2B Outbound Growth Hacking (60%)
Develop a strong understanding of both company and industry's products, competitors, industry, and marketing goals and objectives.
Understand analytics, data and use them to create effective growth strategies.
Set up and develop multi platforms to find new leads, nurturing leads & increase conversion rates.
Define program objectives and KPIs, optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI
Develop and manage digital prospecting and remarketing, retargeting campaigns.
Develop test and learn initiatives across the channels. Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
Ensure budget is spent across performance channels efficiently. Track, report, optimize the results towards the KPIs, ROIs of media activities.
Work closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
Receive marketing requests from the other teams and stakeholders to ensure the company's goals are met.
Handle other tasks assigned by the line manager according to company needs.
2. Inbound Marketing (40%)
Work with Marketing, Sales, MAM to create, plan and execute effective Inbound Marketing Strategies.
Work with ABM to develop thought leadership programs for prospect and client consumption (for example: generate white papers annually, highlighting key trends in the industry, speaking events, webinars, etc.)
Work with the Tech Team to ensure the website is optimized for search (SEO), and there's a clear and obvious path for customers to move through the funnel.
Marketing Automation: manage Marketing Automation platform to ensure all leads are well tracked.
Analysis: report on the success of inbound & growth marketing efforts to build and maintain Marketing Dashboard
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Proven work experience, at least 3 years, as a Digital Marketing, Growth Executive, Performance Marketing or similar roles.
Proven solid work experience in strategy planning, setting up, optimizing, and analyzing Paid Ads Campaigns, CRM, Automation & Email Marketing
Experience designing and building marketing campaigns and content, including working with multiple marketing mediums, including digital, social, video, sound, ...
Track record of building an inbound marketing engine with a good understanding of SEO, lead conversion and retention marketing.
A strong grasp of Web Analytics, A/B Testing, and metrics-driven (performance) marketing
Work experience with tech team to build, manage and improve website
Working knowledge of analytics and data visualization tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio
Operational knowledge with the latest marketing or ad serving tools like AdWords Editor, Power Editor, Google Optimize, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, LinkedIn Ads would be advantageous
Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in media agencies.
