senior health and Safety Engineer

You want to be an important member of a strong team of other makers who take pride in their work and support each other. As Health and Safety Engineer - Senior, you will be responsible for establishment of the HS system for the company, assessment and management of this system.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
1. H&S management
Develop and implement safety programs in the office, transportation safety, and related facilities.
Implement Labor safety training and Fire Fighting and First Aid Training
Set up H&S document and record system
Update and evaluate legal requirements on HS
Set up the Ergonomic program and H&S inspection frame for the company
Coordinate in the 5S program
Follow up inspection of equipment with strict safety requirements
Investigate and report incidents, including near-missed reporting system
Set up and Manage H&S requirement for supplier, subcontractor
Support the Fire Safety and Fire Response plan of the building
Audit security matter, entrance system, camera and security patrol
Investigate security incidents and make reports
HS-Partner of departments: events involvement, H&S consultant and advice...
Support in the Health check annually
Support Management to deploy H&S policies and objectives
Support Management to ensure H&S compliance
Coordinates with the region on H&S matters
Make plan and coordinate H&S internal/external audits
Is the main contact with State agencies on related H&S issues
2. Risk management
Identify, assess and evaluate the potential hazards and risks in order to plan and initiate HS activities to mitigate HS risks integrated into supply chain process and business activities.
Develop and implement programs to promote healthy lifestyles and practices of employees.
