We are seeking a meticulous and experienced HR Specialist to manage and verify overtime records, OT-related allowances, approving medical & miscellaneous claims, parking invoices, and employee benefits. The ideal candidate will also handle CV screenings and support HR data analysis and reporting. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work under tight deadlines, and proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft/Google applications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Overtime and Allowance, Records Verification:
o Review and verify overtime records, ensuring accuracy based on service reports.
o Submit verified records to SG HR Payroll Officer
o Address discrepancies in the excel file that will be shared to the SG Operations Supervisor/Manager.
2. Invoice Processing:
o Process invoice report and Employment Details sent by SG HR Executive
o Submit processed files to SG Finance
3. Benefits Tracking:
o Process and approve employee medical and dental benefits claims.
o Check that invoices match claims and manage the reimbursement process.
o Remind employees of claims exceeding capped amount
o Coordinate with SG
HR Manager for confirmation checks.
4. CV Screening:
o Liaise with Talent Acquisition (Singapore) on vacancies in Singapore
o Collaborate with Talent Acquisition (Vietnam) to post job descriptions on job portals
o Screen CVs, discuss candidates' experiences and expectations, and provide job scope
o Work directly with Talent Acquisition (Singapore) for further recruitment steps.
5. General HR Support:
o Provide support for various HR functions and handle any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the SG HR team.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise with SG HR Team.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR controls and reporting.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential employee information with sensitivity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
