Mô tả công việc
Main Purpose:
Support in advising on the best practice for HR processes, develop HR system, input for design and implementation of compensation and benefit programmes for the Viet Thai International.
Key Accountabilities:
Analytics:
Analytical work in support of compensation and benefit design work, including but not limited to competitive market analysis and internal equity analysis
Provide market benchmark data, recommendations and templates for Full Time Equivalent (FTE) to support BU (if any)
Support in Annual Salary review process.
Conduct Job evaluation, salary survey for Corporate and support BU.
HR Report
Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the HRIS and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors practices, and other sources.
Analyses data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. Prepares reports of data results.
HR System
Assesses current system and utilization; identifies and recommends improvements to maximize value and efficiency of the current system.
Collaborates with C&B team and work with supplier to develop the current system, modify and customize HR reports on system to per requirements.

Education:
University Degree in Business Administration. Human Resources or related fields.
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in C&B (experience in managing team is a plus)
Experience in HR Policies, process and system
At least 3 years of experience in related scope of work mentioned above.
Knowledge of Total rewards, Mercer methodology
In-depth knowledge of Labor Law
Strong data analysis and data interpret skill
Ability to work under pressure.
Work related skills:
Excellent at English & Vietnamese both written and verbal communication
Computer literate, especially with Internet Explorer, MSWord, MS PowerPoint.
Technical Know-How (Practical Skills and Procedures, Specialized Techniques)
Human Relation Skills (Internal/External).
Soft skills:
Communication and interviewing Skills
Management Skills (Planning, Organizing, Leading, Directing and Controlling)
