JOB DESCRIPTION
Be responsible for all admin and human resources function to assist human resources manager at all times the most efficient costs and processes and compliance with the Company procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (60%)
Work closely with the operations team to implement the recruitment request.
Search, screen, schedule interview and do the interview for the staff to supervisor level, propose and deliver offers to the candidate.
In charge of the on-boarding process and follow-up the personal documents of newcomers.
Report, analyze and evaluate recruitment sources at each stage.
Build, develop and maintain the online & offline recruitment channels effectively.
Build and update Job description system
Estimate, propose and manage the budget/cost of recruitment activities.
Monitor recruitment agencies.
Support building recruitment procedure and process
Follow-up the referral policy in full circle.
Make various weekly & monthly report.
C&B (30%)
Be responsible of Payroll / SHUI details and process
Manage all PIT declaration and finalization
Be in charge of the employee engagement activities to nurture the positive working environment
Implement the task for the labor papers of Xpat
Follow-up the contract and the related labor agreements.
Do the report of the salary benchmark and survey of the competitors as required
In charge all reports to government office as requirement of law
Training & Performance Appraisals (10%)
Do the Orientation training for the newcomers.
Support conducting a Training Needs Analysis and the other process.
Assist for training program for employees
Assist for build the performance appraisals system and report for the annual KPI evaluation
Other tasks will be assigned by HRM
Yêu cầu
Graduate from college, university or the relevant level.
At least 4 years of experience in the same position.
Have the background in F&B industry is priority.
Have the knowledge of AI tools and smart social media application, database management & EB.
Strong negotiation and communication skill
Strong organization skills, interpersonal skills and a good attention to details.
Good knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, SHUI law, PIT law and other regulations
Ability to work under high pressure and to meet deadlines
Growth mindset, dynamic, result-oriented, teamwork, can-do attitude
