Mô tả công việc
1. Organization Development:
• Provide subject matter expertise to the leadership team on building organizational capability through strategic planning and support for manpower planning, structure fulfillment, talent retention, performance management and culture building
• Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs
• Act as an advisor to business leaders on issues relating to policy interpretation and employee relations
• Support the resolution of complex people and employee relations issues, escalated through HR Operations within agreed governance
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Provide guidance to managers and associates for HR related concerns including lower risk associate relations and the performance management process, development of business objectives and individual development plan
• Partner with C&B and Recruiter position to communicate and implement programs to ensure compliance and to meet the needs of the brand/business unit
2. Budget:
• Lead headcount planning, compute EMC (Emerging Market Consulting) & lead other HR functions to do FOHC budget planning
• Coordinate with Business Finance to ensure the integrity of EMC and HR expenses plans and implementation
• Monitor and report EMC and HR Expenses periodically and on demand

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor Degree in HR Management, BA, Law or related major
• At least 3 years experience as HR Generalist/HRBP position with industry from F&B, Tech, Retail, E-commerce
• Data analytical, process thinking, detail oriented
• Good knowledge of labor legislation and update current practice in Vietnam
• Proficient is using Excel, PowerBI, SQL is a plus
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Able to prioritize and plan work activities
• Willing to learn new things
• Careful, proactive, outgoing
• Work well under high pressure
