Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Senior HR Leader (Manufacturing, ID20012, 1150 USD):
Develop and implement mid-term and long-term HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Advise the Board of Management on: Organizational structure, Workforce planning, HR operating model for large-scale manufacturing environments
Lead key initiatives such as: Organizational restructuring, Transformation programs, Operational efficiency improvement
Analyze employee turnover data to identify root causes and propose solutions
Develop strategies for: Talent retention (especially key positions), Succession planning, and Enhancing middle management capability
Design and implement leadership development programs and talent pipelines
Build and standardize HR systems, including: HR policies and procedures, Compensation & benefits structure, Performance management systems
Ensure full compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies
Oversee strategic HR reporting for senior management and authorities
Requirement
Male/Female, under 45 years old
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Economics, or related fields
Minimum 5 years in a similar senior HR leadership role
Proven experience managing HR in large organizations (1,000+ employees), preferably in manufacturing
Strong knowledge of labor law, personal income tax, insurance, and compensation practices
Good at English or Japanese
