Job Summary: serves as a bridge between HR functions and Business Units, ensuring smooth coordination and efficient HR processes. This role focuses on optimizing HR operations, supporting cross-functional initiatives, and improving the employee experience in alignment with business goals.
* RESPONSIBILITIES
1. HR Process Optimization & Coordination
• Review, streamline, and optimize HR processes across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding to enhance efficiency and consistent.
• Be in charge of selected HR workflows (e.g., employee onboarding, transfer, exit) to ensure compliance, accuracy, and smooth delivery.
• Identify process gaps, propose improvement initiatives, and coordinate implementation with relevant HR teams.
• Support cross-functional collaboration among TA, C&B, L&D, and Business Units to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
2. HR Projects & Initiatives
• Be in charge of or support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, process automation, HR digitalization, and organizational development.
• Collaborate with HR teams and
business leaders to design and execute initiatives that align with company priorities such as retention improvement and talent mobility.
• Track project progress, measure outcomes, and provide improvement recommendations.
3. Data & Reporting
• Generate and analyze HR metrics (e.g., headcount, turnover, hiring efficiency, training participation) to support performance tracking and decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of HR data and reports.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance HR operations and employee experience.
4. Employee Experience & Engagement
• Support the design and implementation of employee engagement programs, communication plans, and feedback surveys.
• Collaborate with HR teams to maintain a positive, transparent, and engaging work environment through consistent HR processes and employee touchpoints.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operation, HR Generalist, HR Project role or related position experience, ideally within an IT company.
• Demonstrated experience across the full spectrum of HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, etc).
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employment lifecycle management.
• Experience in process improvement, HR project coordination, or cross-functional collaboration
• Strategic and critical thinking.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
• Fluent communication in both English and Vietnamese (writing and verbal) - essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
