SENIOR HRBP EXECUTIVE
Working Location: Mercedes-Benz Phu My Hung, Lot 2&3, No. 7 Street, Tan Thuan EPZ, Tan Thuan Ward, HCMC
About us: Vietnam Star Automobile is a leading company in the automotive industry, committed to delivering premium products and exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Senior HRBP Executive to join our Human Resources team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage payroll administration, including timesheet verification, allowances, deductions, and monthly payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timely payment.
Administer employee benefits and statutory compliance, including Personal Income Tax (PIT), Social Insurance (SI), Health Insurance (HI), and Unemployment Insurance (UI), while supporting employees with related inquiries and claims.
Prepare, maintain, and monitor labor contracts, employee records, personnel movements, and HRIS updates to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Compensation & Benefits policies, salary reviews, bonus administration, and performance management processes.
Prepare HR reports and workforce data analysis to support management decision-making and ensure compliance with labor, tax, insurance, and other statutory regulations.
Serve as the primary contact for employees and managers regarding payroll, benefits, HR policies, and HR operational matters.
Support employee engagement initiatives, HR projects, internal communication, training programs, and employee relations activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
Coordinate expatriate administration, including Work Permits, Visas, Temporary Residence Cards (TRC), housing arrangements, government reporting, and other HR-related assignments as required.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in C&B, HR Operations, HR Generalist, or HRBP roles.
Experience working in multinational or foreign-invested companies is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Labor Law, Social Insurance, Personal Income Tax (PIT), and HR compliance requirements.
Experience in payroll administration, HRIS, performance management, employee relations, and training coordination.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Good communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
