Senior HSE Engineer (Male Only)

۔ In charge of health examination for the entire factory (including periodical health check, occupational diseases), monitoring examination records as well as giving remedial actions (if any).
۔ In charge of first aid for employees who get injuries or call ambulance for major injuries cases (if any).
۔ Support for HSE Leader in ensuring HSE compliance and perform regular HSE inspections at the workplace then report HSE non-compliance issues to HSE Leader.
۔ Provide support for HSE team to improve all aspects of safety, occupational health, and environmental issues.
۔ In charge of the inspection of machinery and equipment and manage equipment records with strict requirements on occupational safety. In charge of the inspection of firefighting system.
۔ Complete the weekly HSE report and send it to HSE leader.
۔ Conduct HSE trainings for employees, hold the HSE training follow to law, hold monthly safety meeting or tool box meetings and fire/fist aid/ chemical incident drills.
۔ Work with production team leader, engineers and assistants to discuss about HSE issues at the workplaces.
۔ Complete HSE report following to Vietnamese HSE laws.
۔ Evaluate HSE compliance of the workers.
۔ In charge of risk assessment and corrective action plan.
۔ Establish the chemical safety guidelines.
۔ Asist for HSE leader and HSE team to complete and to improve HSE procedures and HSE management system.
۔ Raise the safety issues at workplace by email to production managers, team leaders, engineers and assistants, who will support for HSE team to correct non-compliance actions.
۔ Select and propose suitable personal protective equipment depending on the characteristics of the job and track the provision of personal protective equipment.
۔ Investigate the incident/accident and complete quick investigation reports.
۔ Manage the classification, collection and treatment of waste and wastewater.
۔ Other related jobs assigned by HSE Leader/Managers (if any).
