Mô tả công việc
• Support HRBP Manager for the assigned Business Units/Departments.
• Support to consult BU/Dept. leaders on HR matters that contribute to the development of people strategy and deliver value through the people agenda.
• Partner with BU/Dept. to implement the performance management framework in order to promote a culture of high performance.
• Join to build the annual headcount plan and monitor it throughout the year.
• Work with Recruitment team for the hiring need, salary pegging; Join up in the hiring process: interview, moderate to finalize the selected candidates; Join up in the internship conversion process.
• Support the annual activities such as: performance review, pay review, budgeting process, goal setting, adjust reporting lines... to ensure it is in line with individual/business performance and within an approved budget.
• Support BU/Dept. leaders to analyze the HR survey results and come up with action plans to promote the excellent work environment, form the taskforce and monitor the action plan completion along the year.
• Work with the Talent team to ensure delivery on the local talent strategy, talent identification, talent development, mobility and succession planning.
• Liaise with the Training team for the bi-weekly new joiner orientation.
• Collaborate with BU/Dept. and Reward team to do the job benchmarking for the salary survey and provide meaningful inputs for the benefit review.
• Collaborate with BU/Dept. to organize the engagement activities.
• Handle the employee relation: performance improvement, grievance, conflict, ethics matters.
• Implement HR routine activities to comply with laws/ company policies and with agreed SLA between HR & business, including but not limited to: the probation & labor contract decision, internship extension, offboarding, transfer, OT cap registration, leave arrangement, return to work, ...
• Make the routine & ad-hoc reports as needed.
• Answer staff's queries in a timely manner.
• Participate in projects/initiatives, local and national, as needed, including but not limited to the following: HR system development, HR framework improvement, policy enhancement, ...

Yêu cầu
• Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related business fields.
• At least 3 years of HR experience. Experience in the finance industry would be an advantage.
• High sense of data and analytical skills.
• Good problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive with the ability to be innovative and drive things forward.
• Fluency in English (both oral and written).
• Good IT skill is an advantage.
