Senior Inbound Sales Specialist in Tourism (Preferably Vietnamese Nationals)
We're in search of an enthusiastic and experienced Inbound Sales Specialist, with a preference for Vietnamese nationals, to join our vibrant team. As an Inbound Sales Specialist, your primary role will involve effectively engaging with international clients, understanding their travel needs, and tailoring solutions to create memorable experiences. This position requires exceptional English proficiency, strong sales skills, and a profound knowledge of Vietnam's destinations and local customs.
Senior sales operators advise customers about travel options and organize tours for individuals or groups of travelers. This job can have many job responsibilities, such as preparing tour itineraries and coordinating with vendors, Plus coordinating with tour guides on tour. Pre tour and post tour.
A senior sales tour operator who organizes tours and provides support to customers during trips to help them have positive experiences. You provide professional advice to customers on different tour packages based on their budget and interests. You handle all logistical aspects of a tour, such as booking tickets and reserving accommodations, transfer, visas, restaurants...... Unlike tour guides, travel sales consultants don't have to accompany tourists on their trips, but they are available to answer their questions or provide information about their itineraries during and outside working hours when needed:

Requirements:
- At least minimum of 1-2 year of inbound tourism sales executive
- Graduated from hospitality, tourism university or similar.
- Strong English language skills in both writing and speaking.
- Experienced in destinations in Vietnam.
- Former tour guide/leader/tour operator is a plus.
- Proficient in MS office/ google drive office suites
- Be able to problem solve, be able to work on projects from start to finish, independently and proactive, work in a team, and be highly responsible.
- Be ready to learn sales skills with a multi day group tour or family group customized.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with international clients to comprehend their travel preferences and requirements.
- Proactively generate sales leads and reach out to potential clients.
- Utilize adept negotiation tactics to close sales and meet targets.
- Independently manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Be able to follow up with sales leads, and clients to maintain a high level of customer service.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth project execution from inception to completion.
- Leverage travel booking software and Google suites to organize and oversee client bookings and data.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the expectations of foreign travelers and strive to exceed them consistently.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities, both in person and remotely.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of Vietnam's destinations and local cultures.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, English Language, or a related field.
Prior experience in B2B agent sales and B2C customer service.
