A leading international renewable energy company is calling for applications for the Senior Investment Associate position in Hanoi.
About the Senior Investment Associate Role:
You will support the team in commercial, finance, and deal matters, including budgeting, opportunity evaluation, financial modelling, due diligence, research, memo preparation, and portfolio monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer assistance to the team regarding commercial, deal, and finance-related matters, such as budgeting and assessing new opportunities in greenfield projects, mergers and acquisitions, and debt financing.
- Create financial models for potential ventures and update existing models for current assets, conducting scenario analysis when necessary.
- Coordinate due diligence activities during the evaluation of investment prospects.
- Conduct research and analysis to assess and execute investment opportunities within targeted markets.
- Aid in preparing internal documents and board presentations for investment approvals and decisions, as well as external stakeholder presentations.
- Support the team in monitoring portfolio performance and fulfilling periodic reporting obligations.
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Yêu cầu

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting (CFA certification is a desirable qualification)
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience.
- Previous experience in M&A, corporate or project finance, particularly in the Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, and Energy sectors in Southeast Asia (especially Vietnam).
- Possesses strong financial modelling skills, attention to detail, and numerical accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese, capable of conveying complex messages clearly.
