Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer (Server Specialist)

1. Role Summary
As a founding member of IBK Vietnam, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the bank's core IT infrastructure. While your primary focus will be on Server and Virtualization, you will also provide essential support for Storage and Database operations to ensure 24/7 banking service stability.
2. Key Responsibilities:
• Server & Virtualization Management (Primary):
- Administer and optimize x86 server hardware (HP, Dell, etc.) and OS (RHEL, Windows Server).
- Manage and troubleshoot Virtualization layers (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
- Ensure system security through regular patching and OS hardening.
• Infrastructure Support (DB & Storage):
- Provide operational support for Databases (Oracle, MSSQL), including monitoring and backup/restore tasks.
- Manage storage systems (SAN/NAS), including LUN provisioning and health monitoring.
• Operational Stability & Vendor Management:
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of banking services.
- Establish and maintain IT Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and technical issue resolution.
