Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Windows-based server environments across physical and virtual infrastructure.
Manage network and communication services, including LAN, Wi-Fi, WAN, VoIP and video conferencing.
Oversee PCs, end-user devices and IT asset management.
Provide technical support for infrastructure-related issues across company locations.
Coordinate and monitor external
IT support providers to ensure effective service delivery.
Maintain and continuously update IT operating procedures and documentation within the assigned scope.
Participate in local and regional IT projects, particularly infrastructure and telecommunications implementation initiatives.
Coordinate with external vendors and manage relevant IT suppliers and service contracts.
Ensure infrastructure activities are performed in accordance with corporate IT standards, policies and practices.
