Job responsibilities
● Expected monthly KPI: 1-2 senior developers, 1-2 junior developers.
● Manage the entire selection process, including requirement collection, development of job descriptions and recruitment strategy, candidate selection, reference and background checks, salary negotiations, and the facilitation of the on-boarding process.
● Lead recruitment team (8-10 members)
● Conduct recruitment strategy meetings with teams to ensure a complete understanding of the job requirements, candidate matching, and the qualifications needed to fill the role. Use findings to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, assessments, and closing approaches.

Requirements
● Must have a track record of the expected monthly KPI in the IT industry. Track record of recruitment in areas other than IT will not be considered.
● Experience in hiring for external clients is a huge plus.
● Ability to communicate in English is a huge plus.
