WHAT YOU WILL DO
This role covers all recruitment initiatives in Vietnam and will have a significant impact in key areas of the business by creating and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This role reports to the Operations Manager and is based in HCMC. In addition, you'll work closely with regional leadership teams to influence and nurture a culture and brand that attracts the best talent in the market.
You'll work closely with hiring managers to build short and long-term hiring strategies and solve a variety of recruitment challenges. Your role will further impact the business profitability and effectiveness by driving change through talent acquisition channels. Previously, the dominant channel has always been the extensive use of recruitment partners (agencies), however, your target will be to shift the balance and achieve significant results across alternate channels that include referrals, direct sourcing, strategic marketing and employment brand efforts.
WHO ARE YOU?
You're a skilled and experienced senior level recruiter with a background in scaling teams ideally within North American based SaaS companies. You have a passion for creating great experiences for candidates and helping hiring managers to make confident hiring decisions through strategic partnership and coaching. You are also passionate about technology and are excited by the potential to be part of a global technology growth story.
You're a confident and adept networker who sees value in attending events and conferences to build brand awareness in the candidate market. You have an extensive professional network, you enjoy meeting new people and you are comfortable talking to people at all levels, quickly building rapport and gaining trust. Managing, analysing and measuring what you do comes naturally to you, you have a great grasp of a variety of technology based tools that you use to help you work efficiently. You are well organised and go about your work with energy.
• Be responsible for the end to end recruitment of roles across Vietnam
• Utilise all channels including direct, referrals and agency, working to targets for each
• Cultivate employment brand strategies across social media channels for our Team Ansarada handles
• Work with hiring managers to build a pipeline of talent ready for our next wave of growth
• Attend relevant skill-specific events and conferences for networking purposes
• Regularly track, measure and report on areas of impact
• Coach and advise hiring managers on recruitment practice
