Collaborate with the BOD and Hiring Managers to define talent needs and recruitment strategy for Japan-related projects
Actively source and engage candidates for IT (Dev, QA, BA...) and Business roles
Screen, interview, and assess candidates for cultural and technical fit
Provide market insight and recommendations to improve recruitment plans
Support Employer Branding and hiring campaigns targeting the Japan market
Yêu cầu
Minimum 6 years of experience in recruitment, ideally with Japan-related projects
Proven headhunting and sourcing capability
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good understanding of Japanese working culture (preferred)
Fluent in English; Japanese is a big plus
Experience working with senior leaders or direct BOD reporting is a strong advantage
