Mô tả công việc

- Solid command of sourcing techniques and relevant tools to engage prospective talent
- Source and approach potential senior software engineers through online channels, company data, and personal networks.
- Handle selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- A good grasp of professional and social media platforms - how to use them per their individual strengths.
- Excellent interviewing skills, including competency-based interviewing techniques
- Proven results in high volume recruiting for Engineering roles.
- Coordinate with human resources managers to plan and identify staffing needs and section criteria.

Yêu cầu

- Planning, organizing, problem-solving, and presentation skills. Self-management and creative
- High level of accountability and confidentiality
- Good communication, good interpersonal skills, willingness to learn
- Good attitude
- Good command of English
- Strong computer skills (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, HR Software) is a big plus
- Can work under pressure.
- Can-do-attitude and put the goals of the team before your own prestige.
- Bachelor or higher with more than 01 years of experience in a similar position is A BIG PLUG
- Experience working for headhunters or multinational IT companies. is A BIG PLUS
- Experience working within fast-paced, Software/SaaS, high growth companies is A BIG PLUS.
