Mô tả công việc / Responsibilities and Duties
• Thiết kế, phát triển và tối ưu hóa các dịch vụ backend
phục vụ cho hệ thống thanh toán và
chuyển tiền (Payment Hub, Fund Transfer) sử dụng ngôn ngữ Java/Spring Boot. / Design,
develop, and optimize backend services for payment and fund transfer systems (Payment
Hub, Fund Transfer) using Java and Spring Boot.
• Triển khai, vận hành và giám sát ứng dụng trên môi trường điện toán đám mây AWS
(EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, SQS/SNS, v.v.). / Deploy, operate, and
monitor applications on AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, Lambda, API
Gateway, SQS/SNS, etc.).
• Tích hợp và xử lý các luồng nghiệp vụ chuyển tiền liên ngân hàng: / Integrate and
process interbank fund transfer workflows, including:
+ IBFT (Chuyển tiền nhanh 24/7 qua NAPAS); / IBFT (24/7 Fast Transfer via
NAPAS);
+ CITAD (Hệ thống thanh toán điện tử liên ngân hàng của NHNN); / CITAD (State
Bank of Vietnam Interbank Electronic Payment System);
+ SWIFT (Chuyển tiền quốc tế); / SWIFT (International Wire Transfer);
+ BIDV (BIDV EPAY). / BIDV (BIDV EPAY).
• Phối hợp tích hợp hệ thống thanh toán với Core Banking Temenos T24 (qua TAFJ, T24
APIs, Integration Framework hoặc các dịch vụ middleware). / Collaborate on payment
system integration with the Core Banking Temenos T24 platform (via TAFJ, T24 APIs,
Integration Framework, or middleware services).
• Tối ưu hóa hiệu năng hệ thống, đảm bảo khả năng xử lý giao dịch cao (high throughput),
độ trễ thấp (low latency) và tính an toàn bảo mật thông tin tài chính. / Optimize system
performance to ensure high throughput, low latency, and strong security for financial
data transactions.
• Bằng cử nhân về Khoa học Máy tính, Kỹ thuật phần mềm hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan; bằng
Thạc sĩ là một lợi thế. / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
Software Engineering, or
a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Có từ 2 - 5 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển ứng dụng Backend sử dụng Java (Java 8+, Spring
Boot, Hibernate). / 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Backend development using Java
(Java 8+), Spring Boot, and Hibernate/JPA.
• Kinh nghiệm làm việc thực tế với AWS Cloud: Thiết kế
kiến trúc microservices Cloud-
native, quản lý tài nguyên và deploy ứng dụng. / Proven commercial experience with
AWS Cloud: Designing cloud-native microservices architectures, managing cloud
resources, and deploying scalable applications.
• Có chứng chỉ AWS (Associate/Professional) là một lợi thế lớn. / AWS Certifications
(Associate or Professional level) are a strong plus.
• Hiểu biết sâu sắc về nghiệp vụ và định dạng dữ liệu (ISO 20022, MT/MX messages) của
các kênh chuyển tiền: IBFT, SWIFT, CITAD. / Deep domain knowledge of payment
workflows and messaging formats (ISO 20022, MT/MX messages) across IBFT, SWIFT,
and CITAD.
• Có kinh nghiệm tích hợp hoặc làm việc trực tiếp với Core Banking Temenos T24 (đặc
biệt là các module liên quan đến Tài khoản, Hạn mức, Định khoản FT - Fund Transfer) là
một điểm cộng lớn. / Hands-on experience integrating with or working directly on
Temenos T24 Core Banking (specifically modules related to Accounts, Limits, and FT -
Fund Transfer accounting entries) is a major advantage.
• Thành thạo các hệ thống Message Queue (Kafka, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ hoặc AWS
SQS) phục vụ xử lý giao dịch bất đồng bộ. / Proficient with Message Queue systems
(Kafka, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, or AWS SQS) for high-throughput asynchronous
transaction processing.
• Kinh nghiệm về bảo mật ngân hàng: mã hóa dữ liệu (AES, RSA), chữ ký số (Digital
Signature), SSL/TLS. / Strong understanding of banking security standards: Data
encryption (AES, RSA), Digital Signatures, and SSL/TLS protocols.
