We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Garment Merchandiser to join our growing team and contribute to the successful development and production of world-class apparel products.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development
Coordinate closely with the Sample Room to monitor sample development progress and ensure timely completion.
Place purchase orders for sample fabrics with mills and monitor fabric readiness and delivery schedules.
Arrange trims and accessories required for sample development.
Monitor development timelines and ensure all key milestones are achieved on schedule.
Prepare and submit development packages and samples to buyers.
Update sample shipment information and maintain accurate records in internal systems or buyer platforms.
Production Management
Oversee and coordinate the production process from order confirmation through final shipment.
Develop, monitor, and update the Time & Action (T&A) Calendar to ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain a solid understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and finishing processes, particularly for knit products.
Prepare and maintain delivery status reports for weekly cross-functional production meetings.
Coordinate product testing with third-party laboratories and work closely with factories and mills to resolve testing or quality issues promptly.
Support seasonal mill allocation planning and production capacity management.
Prepare, maintain, and update product costing sheets to ensure cost accuracy and transparency.
Monitor key production milestones, including buy dates, pre-production lead times, and shipment schedules.
Collaborate closely with Product Development, Technical Design, Production Planning, factories, mills, and buyers to ensure smooth order execution.
Maintain effective communication between buyers, factories, and internal teams to ensure product quality and on-time delivery.

Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Lunch Break: 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM
