We are looking for a Senior Key Account Supervisor to support daily commercial and operational activities for key accounts, ensuring accurate data tracking, smooth coordination, and timely reporting.
Track and consolidate sales data, shipment status, stock levels, and account performance.
Support in forecast preparation and data accuracy checks.
Assist in coordination with cross functional teams (planning, procurement, production, logistics, QA, finance, warehouse, etc.) to follow up on tasks and ensure timely execution.
Conduct market research and compile competitive and market insights.
Perform data analysis.
Assist with operational tasks, documentation, and follow-up items.
Support administrative tasks related to key account management.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in sales support, commercial operations, supply chain coordination, or similar roles.
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Hard-working, disciplined, and highly organized.
Strong ability to adapt, learn quickly, and manage multiple tasks.
Good analytical skills; proficiency in Excel or data tools is an advantage.
Detail-oriented with a proactive working style.
