Senior Leasing Administrator

Senior Leasing Administrator will perform service lease administration and tracking functions at Crescent Mall, including assisting the Landlord's Legal Department in the preparation of the Standard Retail Lease for issue. All Lease Amendments must be reviewed by the Lease Administrator and implemented as required under the direction of General Manager. Senior Legal Administrator ensures that invoicing and all other financial transactions are being addressed in a timely manner, and that the necessary personnel are informed of any missing or late invoices or payments.
POSITION GOALS
• Data integrity through accurate maintenance of Property Lease Database, Tenancy Schedule and associated records ensuring all tenant information is 100% accurate and up to date.
• Ensure Lease Agreements are in accordance with terms and conditions previously agreed with the Tenant
• Ensure Lease Agreements are finalized within strict time-frames
• Ensure all financial documents relating to the retail leases are accurate, and processed correctly.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Checking, processing & ensuring lease agreements are in accordance with terms and conditions agreed and to finalize within strict timeframes to 100% accuracy;
• Set up new leases and tenancy agreements on SUN systems and excel file, being responsible for maintenance and administration of each tenants lease documentation;
• Responsible for tracking, creation and delivery of all lease required notifications, options, renewals, amendments and termination documentation, with 100% accuracy and within specified timelines as dictated by Lease documentation;
• In charge of preparation and submission all daily, monthly reports related to Leases, tenants sales performance, to assist managers in Crescent mall and the Landlord;
• In charge of preparation of revenue & lease budgets;
• Attending necessary meeting & responding to tenants' requests and communicate with tenants on any terms and conditions of the lease.
