Senior Legal Executive

Corporate Legal:
- Legal consulting and appraising documents of Holding and Business units; Reorganization, transference, discipline and subsidiary companies' responsibility; Other documents required by leaders;
- Operating legal procedures related to fund raising, new establishment, dissolution, company's business registration alteration;
- Recommending and drafting plans of building and enacting internal management rules;
- Quickly reviewing processes, current regulations, renovating recommendations and additions, updating together with company regulations and Law;
- Leading in the company's regulations establishment, fixing, adding drafts;
- Researching, updating and introducing new laws directly affecting company's operation.
Contract Legal:
- Building, managing, updating, fixing and adding contract form of Holding and Business units;
- Legal recommending for types of contracts in construction, commerce - hospitality, labor - insurance, investment consultation, expert hiring, venture, cooperation, authority and other contracts;
- Instructing for practicing rights, legal duties and responsibilities of relevant partners, signed agreements;
- Participating in solving legal problems in contract implement process;
Lawsuit:
Representing of company in litigious arbitration or court to protect legitimate rights and interests following the company's authority
Shareholders relationship:
- Organizing Holding and Business units' shareholders meetings;
- Drafting legal documents in the company's shareholders meetings;
- Focal point of supporting transmission, monitoring implementations and reporting results of them;
- Focal point of connecting with the State Securities Commission, Vietnam Securities Depository Center, relevant Stock Exchanges, and other competent state agencies;
- Preparing documents for the company's disclosure activities and support this activity at subsidiary companies in accordance with the regulations on listed companies.
