Mô tả công việc
This Senior Legal Specialist is responsible for providing expert legal advice and support on complex legal matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role involves drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting research, and collaborating with internal teams to develop strategies that mitigate legal risks. Additionally, the Senior Legal Specialist may oversee junior staff and contribute to policy development within the organization.
** Contract Management:
• Drafting and Reviewing Legal Documents: Draft, review, critique, and edit various legal documents such as contracts, agreements, internal regulations, corporate letters, minutes, resolutions, decisions, applications, and other legal documentation.
• Licensing and Permits: Manage the attainment and amendment of licenses, governmental approvals, and permits to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Compliance Monitoring: Monitor and ensure compliance with legal obligations under corporate agreements.
• Legal Filing and Document Control: Supervise and assist the document control administrator in developing and managing the legal filing system to ensure proper document storage and organization.
** Legal Advisory:
• Legal Guidance to Departments: Provide sound legal advice to internal departments and "customers" on legal issues, helping ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
• Corporate Policy Support: Assist in the formulation, implementation, and amendment of corporate policies, ensuring alignment with legal requirements.
• Risk and Legal Issue Management: Detect, analyze, and provide solutions to legal and risk-related issues, minimizing organizational risk.
• Compliance and Regulatory Reporting: Advise on statutory compliance, assist relevant departments in ensuring adherence to regulations, and prepare regulatory reports and submissions as required.
• Legal Translation: Translate legal documents as needed to ensure clarity and consistency.
** Other Additional Tasks:
• Other Ad-Hoc Responsibilities: Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the management or legal department, contributing to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of legal operations.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments as needed to ensure that legal requirements are properly integrated into business processes.
• Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay updated with legal trends and regulatory changes to ensure the organization remains compliant and informed.

Yêu cầu
1. Education:
• Bachelor's Degree in Laws or related fields;
• Practicing License is preferred.
2. Experiences:
• At least 4-5 years of experience working in Corporate Legal & Law firms;
• Field of experience: Customs, Banking, Environment, Corporate compliance, Real estate is prefered.
3. Knowledge:
• Expertise in working with Commercial Laws;
• Strong understand about Business acumen.
4. Skills & Abilities:
• Required technical skills: In-depth understanding of how legal issues affect organizations;
• Excellent judgement and analytical skills;
• Proven legal counseling knowledge and experience in business environment;
• Required soft-skills: Interpersonal and communication;
• Good at anticipating legal issues or risks;
• Ability to perform complex legal/administrative work with accuracy;
• Good command in spoken and written English.
