Senior Legal Team Leader

Monitor and track regulatory news and developments, analyze their impact on the industry & business of company to support management's decision relating to company business and legal compliance.
Advising the operational and functional departments in all areas of law (advertising, commercial, competition, corporate, IT, IP, data privacy, employment and property, ...)
Provide effective risk management techniques and offer accurate and valuable advices/ solutions on legal matters or disputes.
Anticipate, identify, and mitigate potential legal issues and propose strategies, legal advices to avoid costly litigation and reduce potential areas of risk.
Build up commercial legal framework, standardize, develop, review, negotiate and manage all commercial and procurement contract, legal documents/minutes in High Standard and in bilingual (English and Vietnamese); complete necessary arrangements to ensure compliance with the laws and regulations within the concerned jurisdictions and protect the company's interest;
Supporting the business on post-contract related matter arising from the collaboration, partnership, dealership, customer (individual / enterprise) and / or procurement agreements including but not limited to extension of the contract duration, change of scope of works, dispute with the vendor, supplier, dealer demand against vendor / supplier on late delivery or non-performance
Provide legal advice on new business model or special issue; Detect and advise to prevent legal risks arising during operations and activities of the company.
Supporting new business initiatives from a legal perspective including licensing requirements (related to investment, establish/modify the branch/business location, registration of intellectual property, corporate legal, ...)
Develop legal awareness, deliver training, provide legal advice, guidance, assistance in customer claims and maintaining legal standard and compliance with applicable laws.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Line Manager.
