Senior Logistic Executive

Job description:
1) Import - Export & Customs
- Handle import/export shipments (sea, air, trucking)
- Prepare and review customs documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), AWB, Certificate of Origin (C/O)
- Ensure compliance with EPE customs regulations (duty-free, bonded warehouse, etc.)
- Work with customs brokers and authorities for clearance
- Mange HS code classification and duty/tax accuracy
2) Logistics & Transportation Management
- Plan and coordinate domestic & international transportation
- Monitor shipment schedules and ensure on time delivery
- Liaise with: Freight forwarders, Carriers, 3PL providers
- Track shipments and resolve delays or issues
- Optimize freight cost and delivery performance
3) Warehouse & Inventory Control
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics and warehouse operations
- Monitor inventory levels, stock accuracy, and FIFO/FEFO
- Coordinate with warehouse teams on: Receiving, Storage, Picking & Packing
- Ensure proper inventory reporting and control
4) Supplier & Vendor Management
- Negotiate with logistics vendors (forwarders, trucking, warehouse)
- Evaluate supplier performance (Cost, service, reliability)
- Manage contracts and payment processes
- Maintain strong relationships with partners
5) Planning & Process Improvement
- Develop logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce cost
- Analyze logistics KPIs: On time Delivery, Freight Cost, Lead Time
- Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements
- Support digitalization (eRP)
6) Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate logistics records and reports
- Prepare monthly reports: Cost Analysis, Shipment Status, Inventory Reports
- Ensure all documentation is audit-ready. Specially for Customs Post Clearance Inspection
