Senior Manager (Ceramic/wafer Process Engineering)

LOCATION: VSIP1, Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
 Working as a hands on expert in the areas of dicing and slicing of wafers and manufacturing of technical ceramics
 Technically leads a diverse group of team members in thermoelectric wafer and ceramics manufacturing operations to troubleshoot relevant process and product-related problems
 Working with design engineers to review technical drawings to ensure they are in compliant with process capabilities established to successful production outcome
 Observing and learning the wafer and ceramic manufacturing processes in depth with technical understanding.
 Interacting closely with operators/engineers in cooperative manner to to propose technical projects to undertake for process understanding and improvement activities.
 Reviewing of manufacturing process data to perform statistical analysis and run complex tests using Design of Experiment (DOE) principles to investigate the root cause analysis..
 Prepare technical reports and presentation for the management and global experts on subjects studied in depth after leading teams with an objective to propose solutions to process problems.
 Working with local and international suppliers and experts from other global divisions to execute material qualification plans and new process implementation and participate in process improvement activities.
