Position: Senior Manager, Digital Media & Strategy, SHOPLINE MALAYSIA

What You Will Do:

Develop and execute a strong acquisition strategy to hit/exceed the department's digital media revenue target.
Create new business opportunities by identifying client requirements, defining market opportunities, and evaluating competitor's strengths and weaknesses.
Lead a team of 10-15 people, providing strategic counsel, guidance, and leadership.
Manage budgets, analyze performance, create strategic and tactical plans for the team to execute on CPAS.
Coordinate multi-channel media buying at SHOPLINE MALAYSIA with internal resources as well as SHOPLINE MALAYSIA Partners.
Take charge of sales and marketing ads campaign management including technical setup and analysis with the help of internal and external resources.
Own and run internal, external, and cross-functional projects relating to user acquisition and engagement & retention.
Data Reporting, monitoring and analyzing metrics related to marketing (Funnel, Traffic, Campaign Performance, etc.) to give constructive suggestions/ insight for effective and efficient marketing strategy and operation.

What You Will Need :

Bachelor's Degree from Marketing, Management, Communication, Business major study are preferred.
Minimum 8 years work experience in digital marketing, e-commerce or digital agency.
A deep understanding of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other paid digital marketing platforms.
Strategic and creative thinking - always focusing on innovative, but measurable client solutions.
Ability to nurture, retain and manage client relationships - engaging on a regular basis by delivering great business outcomes.
Strong leadership qualities including superb people management skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and empower the team.
Analytically proficient and highly experienced with conducting data analysis in excel, interpreting and executing decisions based on the results.
Excellent English communication skills to work with a symbiotic team of young and highly motivated people (business/technical, culture,), Mandarin would be a PLUS.
Strong work ethic defined by quality-first client work and attitude.
