Senior Manager Office Administration

Purpose



- Manages the daily operations of a Branch, Representative Office or Liaison Office

Key Responsibilities

- Manages departments and their staff in accordance with group direction and policies of adidas Sourcing Ltd (aSL) Management and local Country Management.

-Ensures all functions are compatible and comply with local laws and regulations including but not limited to labour, financial, health, corporate and individual taxation, health and safety.

- Be aware of external environments, Vietnam regulatory changes which impacting to Representative Office operations (e.g. work permit, visa, temporary resident cards, etc.) alert LO senior management and Hongkong regional office potential business impacts and proposes required solutions.



Legal, Human Resources

- Works closely with the legal advisor of aSL /the external lawyers as approved by legal advisor of aSL in respect of any legal matters, including but not limited to reviewing of documents and instituting appropriate legal actions.

- Monitors the arrangement of work permits renewal, visas, schooling, housing, taxation and relocation for expatriate staff.

- Ensures implementation of aSL policies and guidelines.



Information Technology

- Manage Procurement function; ensure all IT purchases and investment in according to Group procurement guidelines.



Corporate Services and others

- Ensures office premises, equipment and facilities are properly maintained at a high standard of efficiency, identifies and negotiates best terms for office lease, expatriate lease, fleet management and office supplies service providers (hotels, travel, furniture etc.).

- Advises Chief Representative and aSL of any breaches of office discipline.

- Ensures that office safety and fire prevention are always given priority.

- Co-ordinate all cross-divisional activities in the office.
