This role is an onsite opportunity (Quang Trung Software City)
1. As a Sr Manager, Operations & Analytics you will:
• Partner with APAC and global leadership to understand strategic priorities and covert to tactical execution strategies both regionally and globally
• Lead and support strategic projects, partnering with key stakeholders to drive planning, execution, and reporting
• Support functional leadership in establishing productivity tracking mechanisms, reporting, and best practices
• Lead projects within, or across departments to identify, recommend and implement methods to improve productivity
• Lead data analytics team in developing strategies for effective data analysis, visualization, and reporting
• Partner with key business stakeholders to define KPIs that align with business objectives and support the development of dashboards and reports that effectively communicate performance metrics
• Lead and support the implementation of process improvements and drive change initiatives to enhance the organization's ability to adopt
• Streamline and optimize internal processes to enhance the efficiency of business operations

Yêu cầu

2. Requirements for Success:
• 6+ years of experience working in Project Management, Strategy and Operations, Consulting, or Project Management
• Strong written and oral communication credentials (English and Vietnamese)
• Strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through interpersonal and critical thinking skills
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• High degree of interdependence and ability to lead work efforts with limited supervision
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• High adaptability and ability to quickly learn a new subject matter
• Strong analytical skills, 2-3 years of data analytics and visualization experience (PowerBi, Azure Synapse, etc.)
• High proficiency in all Microsoft Office 365 applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
