(Senior) Manager Product Development (Finance, Banking)

Job objectives:
Be in charge of the Product's P&L, accountable for the financial results and profitability of the products
Work with senior management to create product strategy and roadmap
Be in charge of managing the lending product life cycle, from planning to building to evaluating and improving the product to meet business requirements
Identify market opportunities, build business cases, and define product vision and strategy and key verticals.
Build Product team to effectively implement the assigned features.
Work closely with the other departments to formulate strategic insights and propose action plans to achieve business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
Responsible for the P&L and financial performance of the products
Develop product policies and regulations in line with Company's business goals and strategies
Study, research, analyze and design product improvements and functions based on market research, customer data and system readiness.
Understand markets, competition and customer/user requirements in depth
Develop a product policy for cash loans, insurance, BNPL, FNPL, ...
Coordinate with relevant Departments (Finance, Risk, IT, S&M, Operations, etc.) to build and operate product pricing models, manage, and propose suitable product price which are in line with Company's business plan in each period.
Work with potential funding partners (banks, financial institutions) to present, negotiate, design models and cooperation products, sign contracts.
Work collaboratively with engineers and cutting-edge technologies
Build and training Product team to effectively implement the assigned features.
