Mô tả công việc
Support leading to oversee the Compliance and Sustainability Compliance matters and improvements of ASEAN region.
Acting as the coordinator among SEA Countries Compliance Team (Cambodia, Indonesia, and Vietnam) to ensure the teams stay on course.
Implement the Compliance and Sustainability programs for VN Suppliers in the South as required by customers and the company including Customer programs, Social audits, remediations, spot check, fire safety spot-check programs which are also the key initiatives in the Managing by Objectives (MBOs).
Communicate and provide training of Compliance & Sustainability standards, customers' expectations and requirements to internal business and suppliers.
Be a point of contact and subject expert for Vietnam local business teams on Labor, CTPAT and Sustainability regulatory compliance and capabilities matters.
Act as the backup for the Vendor Compliance Sustainability General Manager to present compliance needs and issues of ASEAN countries to management and business and customers compliance local team.
Share expertise and knowledge with SEA VCS teams and to maintain a high-performance team environment.

Academics & Training Background
Degree graduate in Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, Corporate Social Compliance or related Occupational Health & Safety, Human Resource Management, Environmental and Law or related Fields.
At least 10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing industry with focus on Social Compliance, C-TPAT Compliance, Traceability and Sustainability.
Well-versed in Social Compliance and Sustainability principles and knowledge with solid exposures in driving best practices in countries labor, environmental and health and safety laws, and ILO Conventions.
Written Communication - can write clearly and succinctly in a variety of styles; can get messages across that have the desired effect.
Language - Knowledge of local language and dialects in country of operation. Fluent written and spoken English.
Presentation Skills - Effectiveness in a variety of formal presentations, one-on-one, small, and large groups, with peers, direct reports, and senior management; is effective both inside and outside the organization such as NGO and local governments.
Government Dialogue, able to represent the company in dialogue with government of occupational health & safety, environmental, human [protected info]
Management Skills
Project Management - lead the SEA Compliance teams to manage projects effectively and ensure clear objectives, deadlines are set and met by team members; Provide support and coaching on using project management tools and best practices.
Functional / technical skills - Has the functional and technical knowledge and skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment.
Integrity and trust - is widely trusted; is seen as a direct, truthful individual; can present the unvarnished truth in an appropriate and helpful manner; keeps confidences.
Priority setting - quickly zeros in on the critical few and puts the trivial many aside; can quickly sense what will help or hinder accomplishing a goal.
Negotiating - The ability to skillfully negotiate in tough & critical issues with both internal and external.
Networking - Strong Compliance and Sustainability networking within the manufacturing industry in Vietnam.
