Test Planning and Execution:Develop and maintain test scenarios for CRM, ERP, and CPQ systems.Design and execute manual and automated test plans to ensure software quality.Identify and implement appropriate testing strategies for project requirements and manufacturing business needs.Quality Evaluation and Reporting:Analyze requirements and technical documents to create detailed test criteria and defect reports.Monitor and report on test progress and defect status to stakeholders and development teams.Ensure timely and effective resolution of quality issues.Test Documentation:Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results reports.Ensure test documentation accurately reflects project requirements and quality standards.Process Improvement:Propose and implement process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and quality.Apply the latest tools and techniques in QA to optimize testing processes.Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with software development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment in development and testing processes.Provide support and guidance to junior QA engineers or team members as needed.
