Job Summary
Sales Leader to meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative.
Will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
- Technical Sale for Care business ( Personal Care and Home Care) in the North: Sale and give technical service after sale.
- In charge for Care business ( Personal Care and Home Care) in the North
- Support Hanoi Care Team ( Personal Care and Home Care)
*Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
2. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
3. Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
4. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
5. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
6. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
7. Making reports to principal
8. Communicate suppliers regularly on exchange market information, competitors' landscape
9. Monitor inventory, purchase orders, profit and loss of business.
10. Consult with Business Director for quotations to customers and price negotiation with suppliers
11. To inform Business Director and suppliers of loss of sales and reasons thereof immediately when they are discovered
12. Take responsibility for deadstock and slow moving
*Report types:
1. Making market trends of your country / consolidate and select market trend of the world to introduce local market.
2. Master of marketing techniques
3. Master of products presentation
4. Make presentation of products into local word and easy to remember
5. Understanding market need and present our products to meet their needs
6. Monthly sales report, month sales analysis reports
Yêu cầu
Education and Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or equivalent
2. Min. 6 years of experience in product and technical knowledge
3. Background in technical support, product development or project management
Skills:
1. Market Intelligent
a. Regular visit to market to update new launch, new customers, new competitors
b. Regular analysis competitors
c. Strong business sense and industry expertise
2. Essential Teamwork Skills
a. Member of a team and require good interpersonal skills.
b. Must also be able to work closely with members of the customer team, helping them to specify their requirements and understand the benefits of the company's proposal
c. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
3. Computer Skills
a. Microsoft office, excellent presentation skills
b. Ability to persuade others to change their mind and behavior, and to give full attention to what other people are saying.
